I know it’s almost mid-September. I apologize if this update came a little late. I’ve been really busy with work and some custom orders. One of them is this cute Lil’ Green Baby Unicorn which I’ve just finished. September is sure a busy month for me and littleyarnfriends, but it’s packed with many new and exciting things! We started off this month with an awesome Art Exchange with my dear cousin Desiree (founder of Bellebelious). It’s my very 1st Art Exchange and it was really amazing! Read more about it “Here” and “Here”. I have a couple more custom orders to make and it should keep me busy until end of October. These custom requests are things that I have not tried making. It would be challenging, but it would definitely be fun and rewarding too. I’ll blog about them individually in future. I’ve more or less planned out what to make up until end of December. Haha. But I shall not go ahead of myself. Here is September’s update first. For the next few weeks, I’ll be busy making Kayler’s 1st Month Baby Gift (my cousin Felicia’s new born son). Aww.. He is so cute! This gift will be something different from what I usually do. And for those who’ve been anticipating this, LITTLE YARN FRIENDS’ 1ST CROCHET-ALONG (CAL). I’m surprised that 30 of you have stated your interest on LYF’s Facebook Page. Thank you so much, just want you to know that I have not forgotten about this exciting CAL. :) It’s been awhile since littleyarnfriends’ last released a free crochet pattern. The next pattern release will be end of this month, which is this mystery CAL pattern. This little CAL is also to celebrate littleyarnfriends’ 6th month journey together with all of you! Since each and everyone of you play an important part in making our journey a meaningful and enjoyable one, we want you to be part of this too. Crochet along with us and let’s all have some fun together. The best part of this CAL is that you’ll stand a better chance in winning LYF’s very 1st Giveaway that i’m planning to hold at the end of 2012. Further details will be announced at a later date.
